Fluorescent in situ sequencing : ウィキペディア英語版 | Fluorescent in situ sequencing Fluorescent in situ sequencing (FISSEQ) is a method for sequencing DNA using polonies and cycles of fluorescent deoxyribonucleotide triphosphate (dNTP) incorporation. Although FISSEQ does not generate as many reads as RNA-Seq, FISSEQ mainly detects genes that characterize cell type and function.
